The purpose of the Parachain Runtime Builder (PRB) proposal by MVP Workshop is to upgrade the Substrate Starter Kit (SSK) to enhance the process of creating and deploying customized parachains in the Polkadot ecosystem. The updated PRB will provide developers with predefined runtimes, customizable options, and the ability to deploy configurations to a private GitHub repository. It will also include a public API for node operators and Blockchain-as-a-Service entities, enabling 1-click deployment capabilities.
