Executed

Hello Everyone! This one is the correct one as the decision deposit could be placed.

Now the referendum is up and running re: the Gavin Wood documentary previously discussed here: https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/2588

The request for the treasury is 600 KSM. It is referenda nr. 239 - not 240.

The full project proposal is attached below. Gavin will give his consent in the comments.

I will be available for any questions and suggestions throughout filming and editing.

Happy voting!

Lovisa

Love the idea of this, but not a fan that the costs include purchasing of equipment including camera. If this proposal was coming from a seasoned videographer w/ professional equipment, I would vote aye.

Fair enough, however the point of this portrait is that it is filmed by his partner - and I am not a seasoned videographer, but can instead film close behind the scenes material that no one else could .

I will then hire someone professional to do the editing to ensure the end result is of high quality.

A seasoned videographer would be able to take better shots but would not be able to get as close & personal.

If you don't see the relevance of an intimate portrait of Gav I understand that, and I am sure that a different type of documentary portrait more focused on his professional life will be made at some time in the future.

However, if you are interested in a behind-the-scenes portrait, I don't think it could get any better than this :)
