There's a bunch of money sitting in the treasury. Why not use that to create content? Would be a fun experiment to fund the creation of memes from this. A lot of information in the cryptoverse gets encapsulated in memes. Treasury proposals for this would be an interesting low-cost way of seeing if that would work well.
