Hi, everyone!
This is a proposal from Web3alert.io to seek to cover the twelve months of 2023 of maintenance costs and further development for Kusama and Polkadot.
Proposal covers the maintenance of both networks, and will alternate between treasuries.

Web3alert is a notification service that helps one track on-chain events and calls on Kusama and Polkadot and sends notifications whenever these events/calls occur. Web3alert can track on-chain events or calls, the notifications sent are customizable, and also it supports Telegram, Slack, and Discord as receiving channels.

History

About 6 months ago, we received funds for the maintenance of Kusama integration in Web3alert, and since that we:

  • kept back-end updated for new runtimes
  • maintained high uptime of service for all 6 months
  • added Slack as a notifications channel
  • added Governance-2 into Simple mode templates.
  • integrated Statemint for the both networks.
  • started work on user documentation.
Our plans for 2023:
  • control of the code relevance and current/future functions compatibility with the latest versions of Kusama and Polkadot.
  • general development of Kusama and Polkadot integrations - new features, fixes of possible bugs
  • and more

This proposal has been updated. The old version is here

You can find the full proposal, reports, motivation, and budget HERE.
We’ll be happy to hear your feedback!

Hi Web3Alert, it seems this proposal is for Polkadot and is asking the funds from Polkadot treasury, it may be better to post it on Polkadot discussion channel instead of Kusama.

Hi CoinStudio,
there are two similar proposals for Kusama and for Polkadot.
In the text above the link led to the Polkadot proposal. The link has now been corrected. Thank you!
